Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions and services offered by OrbitJump, a product of Kyrotics Technologies Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to any services on this Platform, Users (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to the terms set forth herein.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds shall be applicable only on active, paid subscriptions purchased directly from OrbitJump.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kyrotics.com.
- The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any refund claim.
3. Pro-Rata Refunds
- Refunds shall be granted strictly on a pro-rata basis, calculated on the number of unused days remaining in the subscription period as of the date of cancellation.
- For illustrative purposes, if a User cancels a ninety (90) day subscription after utilizing thirty (30) days, the User shall be entitled to a refund equivalent to the unused sixty (60) days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time setup fees, promotional pricing, and discounts are strictly non-refundable.
- Any proportional credits or unused credits associated with the subscription shall not be refunded.
- Taxes paid, including but not limited to GST or any other statutory levies, are non-refundable.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and transaction costs, where applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds shall not be granted in cases involving misuse, breach of the Terms of Service, or suspension/termination due to violations of applicable policies.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds shall be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment only.
6. Company Discretion
- The Company reserves sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any refund request.
- The Company’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding on all parties.
